We are a Statewide, full service law firm with nearly a half century of combined experience in complex and usual civil and criminal litigation in State and Federal Courts. Similarly we handle real estate transactions, Wills, Estates, Executor and Trustee services, as well as other legal services for clients throughout the United States and abroad. We have decades of experience in assisting out of State law firms with required provisions of West Virginia law as well as State Bar requirements.

Wallace Law Offices consist of a team of two lawyers and a Legal Assistant all dedicated to immediate and professional attention to each client.  Each member of the team is cognizant of every matter undertaken by the team and is available to meet the client’s concerns and needs.

The mission of our firm is to advance the interests of each client.  We strive to partner with the client in close cooperation to meet the client’s goals and objectives.  At the same time we are mindful of our responsibility to serve the client in the most economically efficient manner.

Our central location and the interstate highway system permits our handling of matters statewide from the tip of the northern panhandle to the southern most portions of the State.  On some occasions we have handled matters in Texas, Virginia and Maryland.
