Joseph A. Wallace

Joseph A. Wallace was graduated from The Mercersburg Academy, Michigan State University and Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans with a Juris Doctorate. Joseph is the recipient of the State of West Virginia’s highest civilian award as well as The West Virginia State Bar’s highest award. He has also been named West Virginia’s Socially Responsible Entrepreneur of the Year by Inc. Magazine. Ernst & Young and Merrill Lynch among the other honorees. He served as a combat army officer in the U.S. Army and has led a number of organizations. He is responsible for initiating the practice of mediation in West Virginia with U.S. District Judge Robert E. Maxwell. Joseph Wallace is a recognized and experienced litigator. John J. Wallace, IV

John J. Wallace, IV was graduated from The Phillips Exeter Academy, The University of The South in Sewanee, Tennessee and The West Virginia University College of Law. He is an experienced civil litigator in high profile multi-party Federal and State complex trials as well as criminal defense in State and Federal cases. He is also experienced in complex real estate and business transactions including real estate development, Wills and Estates. He is an agent for Bankers Title Company. As of 2009, John is a serving a three year term as an elected member of the Board of Governors for the West Virginia State Bar. This is governing body controlling the practice of law for all lawyers in the State of West Virginia.
